Notarized Corporate Document Legalization for Saudi Arabia
The documents must be notarized by a local notary public in the same state that issued the documents. It is also preferable for corporations to have the document certified by the local Secretary of State where the notary is licensed before you request Saudi Embassy Legalization.
In urgent cases, the chamber may obtain State's certification on behalf of its clients.

Commercial Document Legalization for Saudi Arabia
The legalization of a Certificate of Origin C/O and a Commercial Invoice C/I is an obligatory requirements to process any export shipment to Saudi Arabia. The documents must be signed by a corporate agent and notarized by a local notary public. The Stamp of the Arab American Chamber of Commerce is also available upon request.
