The Arab American Chamber of Commerce AACC offers its clients an expedited embassy legalization services of Certificate of Incumbency destined for use in the Arab Countries. Prior to submission, you have to ensure that your Certificate of Incumbency is properly notarized before a notary public in the same state where the Certificate of Incumbency was made and has it certified by the Secretary of State. The AACC will authenticate the Certificate of Incumbency from the US State Department and legalize it from the embassy of the destination country in Washington DC. What is a Certificate of Incumbency?
An official authorization of a third to deal, negotiate and sign on behalf of a certain entity or corporation. It must bear the signature of the corporate owner and executive directors.

How to prepare your request?
- Ensure that your documents meet the previously mentioned requirements, If you are not sure, please call us on: (410) 757-5544 for verification first.

After that, prepare an envelope that contain all the following:
- The documents that need legalization.
- The payment: Money order and Company Check. Make it payable to “the Arab American Chamber of Commerce”
- Your contact information including: your name, phone, email, and destination country.
- A prepaid return airway bill to send the documents back to you after finishing.
