Syrian Embassy Legalization of Legal Documents

Attention: Syria embassy legalization is currently stopped due to the closure of the Syria embassy in the United States and Canada.

The Arab American Chamber of Commerce can only provide authentication from the US Department of State and the stamp of the Arab American Chamber of Commerce on Commercial documents such as FDA, USDA, USPTO and Commercial Power of Attorney. Price per document is $80 per document. ($45.00 for the authentication and $35.00 for the chamber stamp). Processing time is 4 business days.

Business Legal Documents Legalization for Syria

Business Legal Documents must be notarized in the state from which the document originated.

The Arab American Chamber of Commerce will certify the documents from the D.C. Government, authenticate them from the US State Department, and legalize them from the Syrian Embassy in Washington DC.

Commercial Documents Legalization for Syria

A Certificate of Origin and Commercial Invoice are both required for commercial exports to Syria. Both Certificates must be signed and notarized. AACC will stamp the documents and legalize them from the Embassy of Syria.

Personal Documents Legalization for Syria

All personal Documents must be certified from the local Secretary of State's office in the same state that issued the certificate. The AACC charges fees are $183.00 to legalize a single personal document. Please note that the Syrian embassy requires presenting a copy of the applicant's passport in order to legalize a personal document.

If you are using FedEx or-UPS-, please send a self addressed airway bill for return of your document. (make sure that it has your account number or your credit card number and expiration date, and that you have signed it).If you are using regular or priority USPS mail, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope.
