Business Legal Documents Legalization for Tunisia
Business Legal Documents must be notarized in the state from which the document originated.
The Arab American Chamber of Commerce will certify the documents from the D.C. Government, authenticate them from the US State Department, and legalize them from the Embassy of Tunisia in Washington DC.
Commercial Documents Legalization for Tunisia
A Certificate of Origin is required for commercial exports to Tunisia, but a Commercial Invoice is optional. Certificates must be signed, notarized, and then certified from the secretary of state as the notary. AACC will authenticate the documents from the US Department of State and legalize them from the Embassy of Tunisia.
Personal Documents Legalization for Tunisia
All personal Documents must be certified from the local Secretary of State's office in the same state that issued the certificate. The AACC charges fees are $218 to legalize a single personal document. Please note that the Embassy of Tunisia requires presenting a copy of the applicant's passport in order to legalize a personal document.
