Business Letter Legalization for use in the Arab Countries

The Arab American Chamber of Commerce AACC offers its clients an expedited embassy legalization services for Agency Agreements destined for use in the Arab Countries. Prior to submission, you have to ensure that your Agency Agreement is properly notarized before a notary public in the same state where the Agency Agreement was made and has it certified by the Secretary of State. The AACC will authenticate the Agency Agreement from the US State Department and legalize it from the embassy of the destination country in Washington DC. Formal Letters used in correspondants between two business entities, within the single corporation, or with an entity and a governmental agency. The business letter must view the company logo, address, and the basic contact information.

How to prepare your request?

  • Ensure that your documents meet the previously mentioned requirements, If you are not sure, please call us on: (410) 757-5544 for verification first.
  • After that, prepare an envelope that contain all the following:
    • The documents that need legalization.
    • The payment: Money order and Company Check. Make it payable to “the Arab American Chamber of Commerce
    • Your contact information including: your name, phone, email, and destination country.
    • A prepaid return airway bill to send the documents back to you after finishing.
